Default 2001 Screw build up

Hello everyone. First post here so bear with me please. Picked this truck up from work back at the beginning of October. With Christmas right around the corner, I didn't have the funds to do any kind of mods or really anything. Now I am ready to start building it up. Plans are to R&R rockers first, I hate seeing the rot. Next major will be a small lift/leveling operation from Rough Country. After that wheels and tires. I will be doing minor things in between, such as lighting, audio, trim paint, etc. I have a bunch of trim coming in the next week. Will post as it gets installed. Well that's it in a nut shell, hope to get some great insight and advice from y'all.

Honeycomb grille and 4wd lower valence with fog cut outs on the way, should be here Monday. Working in parts at a car dealer has it's benefits lol.

Nice truck, very similiar to mine. I took my running boards off as soon as I got it home, looks better just by taking those off. Keep it up.

Thanks bwk, I am taking a similar path you did as far as repairing rust and such. You know how bad it can get in Michigan, same here in Northern Ohio. I keep lurking on your build thread for some inspiration, keep up the good work!
