Default 2001 F150 XLT 2WD Flareside

Just got my license in January and have been enhancing driving it around. Mom bought it for me (I'm a junior in high school) and previous owner had put a flow master on so it sounds pretty good. Also helps that it's the 5.4 V8.

Anyways, with the money I make I can probably spend about $100 maybe more a month on stuff for the truck, so things like tires won't come for awhile if I even decide to get some.

Here are some pics. I've ordered a few things online and ill update once they come in.

If anyone has any suggestions let me know, I'm all ears.

Nice body and style. Sharp Truck. One of my fave models. Good luck with your build.

I'd say simple things such as a different grille, PTM grille surround, paint your lower valance black, PTM mirror caps, you could PTM your center caps, tint your windows.. there's a lot of high schoolers on her man I'm a senior.. nice truck, how many miles are on it

Sweet dude, I definitely wanted to de-chrome my truck and I was looking into a new grille as well. I also ordered a different gas cap that's black rather than chrome and a new simple radio so I can listen to my tunes. Ill update once that comes in but I found a good guide on here for PTM'ing (is that even a word) various parts.

Thanks for the suggestions and as of now 117K miles.

Thanks man, I'm not too big a fan of the flare-side but it's growing on me.
