I'm actually thinking of Switching in a Dana 80 out of a late 90's early 2000's Dodge, for the rear end and having a 60 up front.

I know 450 axles are 10 lug semi conversion. A lot are dually, I'm pretty sure the D80 and the D60 share the same bolt pattern.

I want to make my 78 one of my dream trucks. I also want to get a lot better MPG. I agree the cummins is the only reason Dodge is some what acceptable. Nothing Chevy makes in my eyes is acceptable.

yeah cummins is great. I've seen some good gas rams though. mostly older ones. agreed, I don't like any chevy in recent history. I like some old chevys though.

keep up the good work, that truck keeps looking better.
