You own my dream truck! That thing looks sick! I'm guessing you race moto/offroad from the goggles on the rear view and gas can in the back. Do you have any advice on how to wire the footwell lighting? I've been looking at doing something like that soon.

Thank you bud, noo its more of a hobby than anything to have a truck I enjoy driving and looking at. The gas can is gas for my RZR lol. As far as wiring the footwell lighting I simply added a circut with a mini add-a-circuit I bought off amazon. The fuses in these model trucks are mini low profile, and they make mini low profile add-a-circuits. However, the low profile ones do not fit in the passenger side kick panel fusebox. mini add-a-circuts work though. Look at the pictures I posted of the fuse box and that is where I ran the positive. I grounded the lights to a bolt on the left side of the passenger footwell behind a cover.

Are you running 50/50 Anti Freeze in the Intercooler? If so and its no longer gets into freezing temps, where ever you may live replace the 50/50 with straight destilled water. Water coolers better the anti freeze. I'd also suggest adding some water wetter to it.

Are you sure the intercooler pump is flowing? Larger intercooler? Fans behind the intercooler?

What exactly are your charge temps?

-Ok, so my tuner also mentioned water wetter so i ordered some off amazon. I am going to add that.
-my intercooler pump is running properly and I have returns to the tank from the intercooler.
-i have considered a larger intercooler but have not found one that will fit properly

I am offshore right now but I took some notes regarding IAT temps prior to leaving home
All of the following was done on a cloudy day at 76°
-cold start, on backroad @45mph and 1100rpms my IAT was between 109° an1100rpm
-got to the interstate and WOT from 40mph to 135mph my IAT went from 113° to 135°, thats 22° rise in one rolling pull.
-next I set cruise on 75mph and the IAT slowly fell to 123° and stayed there.

So. As of now I ordered a methanol injection kit as a quick fix and more power, and water wetter to see if that helps.

Also I bought a 3-1/4" pulley which is a 1/4" smaller than the one I have now.

Ill be getting it re tuned also

Thank you for your input. All help is appreciated!
