Hello, new to this forum and has been helpful so far.
I bought my f150 a little over a year ago, converting from a Chevy truck. I am very happy so far!
2007 f150 lariat
Upgrades/mods so far:
Rhino bed liner
Pioneer touch screen head unit with navigation, iPod, and xm
Small 3in (I think) stub antenna
Bed rail hooks
Future upgrades/mods (suggestions welcome):
Tires/wheels - when current ones go bald
Backup camera and traffic antenna for head unit
Some form of lift 1-3 in, not sure what route I want to go here
Upgrade alarm for remote start, iPod control, window control, etc.
possibly new paint job, with a tab interior trying to think what would look good
Toolbox, don't want to lose bed space so debating that
New speakers
Some kind of update to exhaust
Replace tailgate and grill ford emblems to get chrome look instead of silver
I'm sure I missed things, just writing this out of boredom. If anyone has questions on what I have or want pics just let me know.

Two other things I want to do
Bypass for my head unit, not to watch videos while driving but having to put my truck into park and the parking break to enter an address is annoying, if I'm not moving I should be able to enter an address. I always forget to take off my parking break.
An in dash radar detector. I have seen a nice one that is kit visible at all, not sure where the radar senders go but there's just a small display you install on the dash. A little more expensive than one if equal quality that isn't in dash but worth it for convenience.

I know I'm only doing small simple things right now buy this will help me keep track of what I'm doing
Got my hitch today, $175 installed at uhaul with lifetime warrantee in 30 min. I know I could have installed it myself but it was less than $20 for installation and the install us warranted so went for it.
Got a Reese ball mount with 3-1/4 drop for $20 at target. Sure I could have gotten a better one cheaper if I looked around but I was lazy.
Backup camera is in the mail hoping to install it next week.

Just got the backup camera and dash tool in the mail. The backup camera quality doesn't seem great on the tv when I tested but on a smaller screen with the correct voltage hoping its ok.
I never used dash tools before but I used my dads tools last month to take my door apart and WOW it was easier!
Ill post pictures when in done in a week, also ordered some interior LEDs and will be running some RCAs so I can plug in an n64 but haven't decided if I want to run to glovebox or mount an RCA jack.

My LEDs are installed
I pushed the power and ground into the back of the 12v outlet (no splicing at all)
Ran the cables to the bottom of the center console for easy access and mounted the control box on the drivers side under the dash so it's hidden.
It looks very clean with nothing visible unless you look under the dash and the audio feature works depending on the song.
Here are pics, I got a good video but don't know how to upload it here.
Sorry I took the the pics pretty randomly and it was late and cold so didn't take very good ones.

Got the backup camera. I have to thank one user here for his advice and help.
This was a cheap $15 camera off eBay and spent under an hour hooking it up to realize it needed another wire to run from the reverse to the purple wire on the hu. Went and bought some 18g wire so total cost is $20.
Helpful advice for anyone who does this-
After connecting wires to the camera I electrical tapes it to waterproof it.
I kept all wire taps inside the tail light housing.
Running the wires outside of the cab I used a bit of electrical tape to seal the hole.
I zip tied to the frame of the truck right at the edge rather than the existing running wires until the wheel well just because it was easier to get to.
If I had all the correct wires to start it would be under an hour project to start with. The camera I have is super bulky so when I get some other things done ill get one less bulky but still a license plate one to avoid drilling holes.
Here are some pics of how I installed it
