2004 XL Build
Was very lucky to have my grandfather pass down to me his 2004 XL in August of 2014. I only recently have taken an interest in making it my own. Here it is around the time I received it.
In June of this year, I hydroplaned off the highway, into the grass median, collided with a service road, got airborne, landed, and skidded about 50 yards sideways. It luckily didn't roll but I was pretty sure it was totaled. Here it is after the wreck.
Turns out not to be totaled, only some structural damage, the radiator was completely fine.
My headlights were very dim, so I got some replacements.
Installed a light bar this weekend
Have several things planned for my truck. Lift, new wheels and tires, several different lights, exhaust, PA system, the works.
Have a lot of fun finding other F-150s and parking next to them.

Great pictures. I love seeing the generations lined up beside each other :-)

Me too man. The other day I was going down the highway and realized that it was me in the left lane, a blue 09-14 in the middle lane, and a blue 15 in the right lane. Three generations of true blue F-150s crusing down the highway together. So cool.

I wonder if the other two guys noticed it.
