just curious, how much are you into this if you dont mind me asking?
because you claim its better than a raptor, for half the cost.
I do not see that being possible at all.
its looking good so far though! cept the raptor poser fiberglass parts. shoulda stuck with regular F150 looking glass IMO.

The suspension is $20000.
Then gears, paint, body work, CAI, New wheels and tires, some fab work. I will be just about $30k total into the truck when she is done. A raptor is about $50k or more. I have more travel then a raptor and a more aggressive look then a raptor.
I talked to the shop today. The are going to install some hood pins to keep the front glass more stable. But due to the time frame they will not be able to do the tilt hood at this time. Also my tire gate cant be mounted to fiberglass bedsides... so they are going to fabricate some thing for when when they can have more time with the truck. So for right now the 4.88 gears are done the power chip is installed and the CAI. They just need to finish the hood pins and a few brackets. Then I will take her to have the new wheels and tires mounted. Then she is off to Cali for Brenthel to do the suspension. I should be back state side around August 20th to pick the truck up and bring her back home to Idaho. Then the tilt hood and tire gate will be finished.

So I got the truck back today and I have some bad news... The shop was not able to finish the tilt hood. My tire gate does not mount to fiberglass bedsides. My 37's wont fit until after the suspension is done.
The good news is that the K&N cold air intake is done. The 4.88 gears are done, and the edge programmer is installed. The shop also installed 2 hood pins to fix the front end wobble. The shop is going to build me a bracket so the tire gate will work, and they are going to finish my tilt hood after I bring my truck back from Cali.
My dad fly's up to Idaho today and will be driving the truck down to Cali. So by next month the Full suspension should be done. Then all that will be left is; tilt hood, tire gate, skid plate, repaint.
Things that I am still thinking about; Pay off my house or roll cage with suspension seats, 5 point harnesses, a costume center consul that goes all the way to the back seats and has 2 subs and a second battery, full exhaust.
