will run you OVER
I have a 01 f150 supercrew, its 2wd. I currently have a fabtech 7.5" lift with 2" lift spacers and out back I have 5" superlift leaf springs with 3 added leafs from my stock pack.
my plan is: BTF mid travel suspension (I have it (arms, lift spindle, tierods) just need my brake rotors, bumpstops then I can start to install it, I will need to determine the amount of travel, just before the uniballs bottom to figure out my amount of travel I will have. then I will weld on the bumpstop mounts and get limiting straps to keep it from killing the uniballs. depending on how I want it to sit (has 3" lift spindles) I can have it sit lower by putting in stock springs, or sit higher by putting in lift springs.. I can expect 13-14" of front travel. out back I will be using my lowering shackles and remove leafs from the pack to get it to sit level.. with the leafs being regular lift leafs (not deavers or nationals) they wont sag as much over time, however my ride will be a little bit stiffer...but I tow and put heavy stuff in the bed so I need the payload.I can expect ~16" of travel.

Thank you very much. Sounds like my truck does have a slip yoke. So you think with my set up a slip yoke eliminator paired with the correct shocks would net me more rear wheel travel? What are the pros to having more travel in the rear over the front?

Sounds like your truck will be sick. I was at the start of this aware that I would never tow with my truck...

will run you OVER
softer ride I assume. with hardly any weight over the rear it will tend to buck more, with a softer ride it will float more. even if you had 30" of travel, it would have to be strapped shorter so your shaft doesnt come out. I have talked to a couple guys who have my yr model running deavers and stock shaft length. you can extend it but when fully stuffed it would be too long and damage the trans.
the front..well being 4wd theres only so much that you can do before limiting out something...

So the truck should be done with the suspension any day now. Once we have it I will post up a bunch of pics. I am planning on doing a vinyl wrap on the truck and wanted to get some opinions. I was thinking of doing a flat blue with flat black accents. But my mom thinks it will look to plain. So this is a couple pics I mocked up. I few things to note: the template is for a raptor so mine will be a bit different, also any thing in pink are parts that will not be vinyl wrapped. Also I am not a photoshop guy so lines will be trait in real life lol. This is just meant to be a sample so a real artist can see what I am thinking lol. The last pic is what the blue color will look like in person.

Ya that was my big reason for going with Brenthels bajakits. I was told about 18" of travel with no bed cage.
I received an email today saying the truck is ready for pick up. They are closed on the weekends so hopefully my dad will be able to pick up the truck on Monday and put on the 37"s and snap some photos.

Holy sh*t bro that is so awesome! They did the rear end so cleannnn, it doesn't even look like they had to make a frame notch. Man I want so many pics of that front suspension and engine cage! I didn't know you were going with a duel rate coilover up front either! That thing is gunna so nice offroad. And the way they set up the cv to go in between the coilover and the bypass is sick as fawk! Yeah I'm jealous haha congrats on a sick truck bro, brenthel definitely knows what they're doing.
