And not yet. I'll give him a little chain to work with... Gue heh heh.
It is a much better choice. Honeycombs are nice too, but the lightning grille looks damn good.

How many miles does that truck have now?

118,600. If I am to believe my shoddy memory. Picking up where I left off essentially. I feel some necessary maintenance is looming soon. Oil, possibly the transmission fluid, and rear brakes. May end up doing all 4 brake rotors and pads. I love having all disc brakes...

Thought I responded to this... I remember typing it. Meh, oh well. Anyway...

Both of mine do/did, however you want to say it. Not sure if all of them had them though. Maybe something like an XL was an exception to that?

Nope, xls have rear discs too. All pre facelift 10th gens had drums though.

This is correct. 97/98 trucks had rear drums, 99-03 trucks had rear discs.

Thanks, man! Definitely appreciate it. Yeah, it's been... fun to say the least, ha ha. Glad to help you with yours though; just let me know if you have any questions about the mods.

I really do appreciate that. The only thing I've done so far is , remove the pinstripes, add an air intake, and got unpainted mirror covers. Fixed a lot of little stuff really not worth mentioning, lol. I do have one question, what did you use to stick on the new badges? Double sided tape?

I used Scotch mounting tape. There are a few versions, but I use the 10lb one.
