i would suggest por15! it completely protects from dents, chips and rust. Then usse herculiner over it! Dont use rustoleum bedliner it sucks.

I'm not much of a painter so I was going to have it done by a shop near me. Everything else I'm going to try and do myself if possible. Besides the reupholstery of course.

All you have to do is roll on the por15 with one of those smaller foamy brushes, or a small roller, and it evens itself out as it dries. Then your just roll on the herculiner!

Ready to start on the bottom of the bed. Going to clean it up with a wire wheel and paint it to stop the rust. This is the before picture

Got it painted up. Takes quite a bit of time and paint but definitely worth it. Might not get the bed back on for a little while because school starts back up this week. Hopefully I can get pics up soon though

Thanks. I'm really happy with how everything's turned out. And it's gone really smooth. I think next up is putting in some bucket seats I got from a friend.

Seats are a great mod since you can set them up exactly how you want them.
