From his last email, he too had a good BUYING EXPERIENCE; it was the refund experience he did not enjoy. I'd say that three weeks of waiting is being more than patient. As a consumer, I too will say this needs improvement by TASCA. I would still consider buying from TASCA, but would hope they learned from this report.
