I think you've bumped your head one too many times in that Raptor of yours or you're just mildly retarded. Their policies are clear as day on the site. If you don't like it then shop elsewhere. I highly doubt trying to smear their name on here until you get what you want is going to work. We don't buy from TASCA for the common courtesy of a reach around .. it's all about the bottom line. If they have the best deal, buy it and if not MOVE ON.

For what it's worth, I think there are issues on both sides here. It's 2011, there's not really much excuse to have estimated shipping on a website these days...I manage a web team for a living, and if we practiced this on our sites (50+ ecommerce sites) we'd be out of business. Facts are facts...lessons learned? If you're gonna sell online in 2011, do it right (not via a disclaimer policy). If you're gonna buy online, read all the fineprint so you're not had.

I just ordered from Tasca from these forums and look forward to great service (has been so far, but no product yet), I'm just trying to see both sides here...

Post Tasca Rules

I have ordered several parts from Tasca with no problems. They ship out quick. Great communication, when asking??? They have great pricing. Customer service does go along way and I hope it continues to be outstanding. In fact I have a part coming in Monday and some more in the near future depending on what answers I get back from Tasca. Everybody have a great Easter weekend and be kind to all.

Did you seriously expect a bed mat to ship for $10? They emailed you and told you it was going to be a higher price. At that point, you as a consumer have the choice. Pay the extra money or decline and move on. Why the sour post? For what it's worth, I ordered Harley tails from them and everything was top notch.

I agree with you on this, I can't remember when I ordered something and did not know the shipping price before ordering. On the other side of things, I would think that $10 shipping was way low for something that big.

Overall, I like Tasca for their price, but mainly because Josh will get on the forum and help people out.

First off, and don't take this the wrong way, you drive a 50k truck, and your complaining about 25 bux? Srsly...?!

Regardless, I agree shipping needs to be more accurate, but cmon, 10 bucks is blatantly obvious that it isn't going to ship for that...you were given the option to back out.., I don't see an ethics issue, but more sO a case of I can't read, and now angry because of it. Tasca takes care of everyone here, when you do that much business, it's bound to have a hiccup or two, it gets fixed and we are all good again, tasca keep the deals going, you guys do well for us.

If they already charged your credit card for the amount and then said you had to pay even more for the item to ship and if you didn't want to pay, too bad, then I would see a problem. But they allowed you to back out instead of paying. I honestly would say you are making a huge deal out of nothing.

If it happened to me, I would be a little upset but not so much as to make a post about it. I would probably say, damn.... that sucks.... oh well, its $25.

I was going to order some parts from Josh and had everything lined up and ready to pay. He then told me how much shipping to alaska was going to be and actually suggested I buy someplace else. These were oversized items, so shipping was ridiculous lol

I can't help but respect a company that tries to save me money, even if it loses them some. They don't make money on shipping...

Default Tasca

I've had no problems at all dealing with Josh or Tasca. I asked for a quote for new power fold mirrors for my Lariat, got it, paypal'd him, they showed up in 3 days, perfectly packaged.
I would and will buy from Tasca again.
Tom
