Well I see both sides on this particular instance...their policy is listed and was followed but really they should be able to give you an exact shipping amount.

I personally have had an issue getting a response back on my requests, the first response was almost immediate but with the quantity I was looking for the shipping price was to high. I decreased the quantity and asked for another quote it took a few days to get a reply so I ordered them elsewhere.

With online ordering that's really your only recourse if they suck don't use them again if they do a good job keep ordering...the bad ones will eventually go away.

This is amazing... I lost any form of respect for FLA-SVT... Tasca did everything correct. FLA-SVT, for some reason I think you have more than enough money to pay a small shipping charge. The shipping charge is well justified by Tasca and you should respect that. They do good respectful business while you (OP) come along, sitting on your *** in your computer chair damning a business to hell, and bitching about ethics(wtf) issues over small shipping charge. I hope you try to start a business and see what it's like dealing with *******s like your self.

I had a set of running boards shipped up from Tasca. I knew before I even ordered that the shipping was gonna be stupid expensive as the box would be huge. Josh suggested I look around here for a set and I did and it was still cheaper to buy from him and pay the UPS shipping & brokerage fees than to buy at my lcoal dealer. Saved me about $400.

I've ordered twice and been happy both times and saved me money.

To the OP, you would be lucky that a 6"x6"x6" box could be sent from CT to FL for $10 let alone a box containing a rolled up bed mat that is about 6 feet long. To think it would only be $10 be is crazy. Ask your questions beforehand and you don't have issues like this.

Josh,

It seems you have made your point and the majority of customers are happy. Let this one go. I am looking up your web site right now to see what I can order.

TASCA has always treaded me fairly. No outrageous shipping cost so far. There are always going to be potential extenuating circumstances.

I like this. Plan to order from a company that treats customers like this. Customer service like this is rare. Overreaction from OP I think.

I had no problems out of my transaction with Josh at Tasca. Parts looked good when they came in and fast shipping. If I need anything else I will order from Tasca. Thanks again Josh.
