In this case, UPS refunded the seller, but the buyer has yet to receive his refund from the seller. So far, the seller has recieved TWO payments for the goods he sold; one from the buyer, and one from UPS for causing damage to the goods.

Buyer has not been able to get any response from seller since the UPS refund happened.

Sellers name is LSUman. He was very nice and seemed like he was going to help me out and would corporate. But since the refund he will not reply. I've sent numerous texts messages to the two numbers he contacted me from prior and I've called 3 or 4 times and left messages but nothing ..I've bought stuff from members here before and have never had a problem. I've sold may items on eBay and 1 item got damaged I refunded the purchase price and i fought it out with fedex.. what happened to honest people ..

While the rules of classifieds are written on this forum for all to understand that this site cannot be held responsible for any transactions, we do what we can to help and understand both sides of a situation. Hense, the reasoin for this section.

In this case, the seller explained that he was shipped defective goods, and he was in contact with the seller to resolve with the shipping company. Seller recieved a refund from shipping company, then stopped corresponding with buyer. Buyer was left with defective goods, and no refund.

LSUman is no longer able to sell on this site. Please be aware however that this site cannot assist in obtaining refunds; it is always the risk of the buyer/seller when dealking in classifieds transactions.
