I won't say the members name on here. Because he is working with me to resolve the issue. As for a spouse or neighbor. My wife is at her parents with our new born for the wk and my nearest neighbor is 2 miles away.. what is getting me is every time I've contacted ups I've gotten a different story. And I demanded to see my signature because its fraudulent and I was gonna press charges and the story changed again.. I've contacted ups corporate and filed a complaint as well as the BBB and from my understanding they have been getting more then a few complaints about ups..

Unfortunately all the shippers suck in one way or another. I bought an Edge Evo off Ebay and I was home with the flu when the mailman, USPS, drove up to my house on a snowy day and tossed the package from his mail truck onto my concrete front porch, lazy *****. When I heard the package slam on the concrete I jumped up and the mail truck was pulling out of my driveway I instantly called the national headquarters for the USPS and filed a claim. About an hour later the postmaster from my local post office called me back and told me that my mail carrier had already left for the day and that she would get "his side of the story" on Monday. She called me Monday and told me that when she talked to the carrier he told her that "He would never throw a package from the truck and that he knocked on my door when he left the package on my porch" My *****
Luckily the Edge wasn't damaged and it works fine, but I can't imagine the fight I would be in if it was in fact damaged. "his side of the story".....give me a friggin break!
Sorry for the rant, but this kind of crap just pi$$es me off to no end.
Good luck and I hope you get it all worked out.

UPS is a joke. They screwed me on a delivery. Post your nightmare on YouTube. It's kind of hard to blame the seller if he had them packaged in a box and the show up on your sidewalk. That's why when I send something I will take pictures of it as I packaged it. Sorry to hear about your nightmare

UPS damaged a rim and tire my wife order for her mustang. 3 of them arrived in perfect condtion, in a box. It took us a month to get the 4th one. When it arrived, these was no box and it was badly damaged.

The place we bought it from replaced it, but it was very frustrating...

Well I got screwed ... ups policies are a joke.. I found out that a few wks ago ups covered the damages but the money was sent to the seller and not me wtf. So he got paid twice for the item. And wouldn't u know he won't respond to my calls or emails.. so he got paid twice and I'm left with a pile of broken junk which is going to cost me 200 for the repairs not including repaint.. what happened to honest people .. will never buy anything from anyone on this site.. not saying everyone is bad u just get no coverage

ABSOLUTELY!!! Let us know, and he will be banned.

And at this point, post hi/her name so others can be identified as to who this person is. Now that this person got paid twice and has not replied to you, he has become an official scammer. Unless this person can prove they were away on vacation or something, they must be banned from here. I am going to put the link of this post to our administrator so he can be aware.

Now you need to contact PayPal. Since the seller was refunded, PayPal needs to know, and they should be able to refund you, then tail the seller to get the funds back to PayPal. Let PayPal know about this recent refund to the seller from UPS, and that he/she is now no longer answering your PM's or emails.

I've had my fair share of issues with FedEx and UPS alike. Both their carriers seem to be pretty careless with other people's stuff. I've shipped things (very well packaged things) that were delivered broken, and my girlfriend has received well packaged, clearly marked "FRAGILE" packages that she's received in a shattered pile of garbage. It's really bull if you ask me. FedEx and UPS have to pay people for broken items, you would think after having to pay so many people for damaged items, they would be a LITTLE more selective in the people they hire...
