Its not too bad, a few problems along the way, but that was all user error. The other side should go more smoothly. Hopefully.

I'll definitely put up some pictures when it's all finished.

Good sh*t man. Yeah mine kinda looked like that, won't be as bad when you lower to the ground again.

The Red Bull is at Tires Plus right now for the alignment.

I hate bringing her to a mechanic. I'm paranoid they're going to mess something up on purpose or not do the work properly. Too many scumbags out there.

Yes I know what you mean bud! Luckily I've found a couple shops that treat me right and I trust to do the few things that I cannot.

Hey , any pics of the Red Bull? Is there a disadvantage to having to rotate the strut 180 degrees? Is a kit that doesn't require that, such as the ready lift, better?

i think the truck i just bought has the exact same strut extension as noted in the video i posted and this install thread. the previous owner of this truck said he had to replace an axle and cv as soon as he got it.
should i be worried?

what's the deal with the 180 degree rotation. I have seen that on many posts. My instructions for the AS 2" spacer don't mention that.

It depends on the spacer you have. If its a solid piece where the top of the coil assembly bolts are offset from the spacer bolts then yes it will require tou to rotate it. If it has an open gap where the bolts are in line wifh each other then you don't. I hope that was clear.

looks like the holes in my spacer are inline with the studs. hopefully I won't have to remove the entire assembly and be able to save myself time and energy. thanks for the info.
