So, I got these as I heard too many horror stories of the projectors lookin like crap unless you spend the $400 you were talking about. Mine actually look great in the OEM, but I want to go black. So we will see.

And, my next project is to finish the interior lights all the way around. Let me know how yours goes.

There are several options to changing over.

1. The simplest way is to replace the bulbs and just mount the ballasts with a a god ground for both running all through the OEM wires for the signal and the power. NOT the best way to go due to the harnesses having overpower issues and shortening bulb life.

2. THe next way is slightly different than the 1st and was my route. You do the same as before, but employ a relay that draws power directly form the batter and only uses 1 OEM harness for signal (turn on) and the other is left alone.

3. Is the same as all of the above, but you buy $$ projectors or retrofit the Lexus ones's into your OEM housing for the best light beam pattern.

The 10K that I got are not that glaring supernova white that other people have in the 6k range so it actually looks great in my OEM housing. I am getting a pair of black out lamps as that is the way I am headed with the truck, and it will help with alot of the residual glare that does exist.

I switch between the high and lows. The lows are aimed almost perfect, but the highs are everywhere.

Lights look nice! This may seem like a stupid question but I just put some new headlights in myself on my 2003 F150 and I can't figure out how to adjust the lights. Right now they're way off the center of the road. Any idea how I can fix the problem?

Well,it is a 4mm bolt usually.

You park up at 25 feet away from a wall and look at your lamps, there should be a mark on them like a small round circle. If not the height at the center of the lamp can be used. That height will be used on the wall as your aiming point. Use that height and mark the wall with tape or what ever and adjust the screw until the height of the separate bulbs are there. Do one at a time. That year also has a lateral adjustment too I think. It has been so long since I had to adjust my old 01 I don't remember exactly. Sorry.

I do have my manual still and it says take it to your dealer Butt heads. They might do if for free.

Here is a link. Looks stupid, but it gets a few points across.

Alright cool, I thought there might be a screw somewhere to adjust them, I'll have to look harder. By any chance do you know where the adjusting screw is located, when I first put them in I looked for a while under the hood trying to find it and couldn't find anything.
