Hey thanks man! I got it figured out though. I took it back to the shop and had them do it since they just put it in. They showed me an easy way. The amp is able to slide under the sit so I don't even have to mess with the seat at all. The amp slides under the seat and then you just turn it up right and it stays in place.

Lariat different??
So I tried my hand at this on my 2006 F150 Lariat with rear seats that fold up from the bottom...does anyone know if there is a different way I have to do this with a Lariat with seats that fold up or am I really just that bad?? I can see back in there with a flash light and there is no retaining clip just above the circular bar that the tie downs stick out from...any ideas??

Just did this 2 days ago with my 04 Lariat. The drivers side was more difficult then the passenger side. The clips are not as far up as you might think. I had to wiggle (up and down) the drivers side a little bit. The good news it the seat goes back in a lot easier.

Thanks for the instructions. I was able to pull out the seat, get the code, and reset my keypad. I saved a ton of time and money.
I bought an 06 F150 Lariat less than a week ago and I just realized yesterday that I didn't have the code.

I couldn't see the plastic retaining clip with the seats in place or even if I halfway raised the bottom up. I started to think "wow, my truck must be different". It isn't. Just give it a few tries and you'll have it. I used a flathead screwdriver. The plastic clip is in the square opening in the back seat foam. If you really life the back seat up you'll see what I mean.
