I just finished pulling all 8 plugs , none broke but five of them looked like my previous pic just a small piece of porcelain by the electrode any suggestions

From what I can see it looks like its fresh because to area is white and everything around it is dirty. Any suggestions on how to vacumn out the pieces

A strong vacuum with a nozzle attachment should help get it out.

Is there a good chance it will work and if not whats next cylinder head removal

My guess is yes and yes, but you need to be able to review what goes in the vac, obviously to see if you got it.

Attach a piece of rubber hose to the vacuum that will fit in the plug hole. Might have to bust out the duct tape but it should work to get the piece out.

Did the shop vac with some thin rubber hose attached stuck it in spark plug hole didn't see any pieces in vac. I'm thinking of leaving plugs out and cranking it. W what do you think

Cylinder head removal is the absolute last resort. Everyone who has had this problem has been able to retrieve the piece of porcelain with a strong vacuum with a nozzle or flexible hose attachment.
