I think you're on the wrong thread here, brother. But there are far too many factors to compare regarding fuel economy. Besides, it's not only the engine that determines fuel economy. Tire pressure by itself can make a huge difference.

I just did my plugs last night thanks OP. 2008 lariat
All 8 plugs came out without a problem, the guy at napa swore by the seafoam DC-14 petroleum based penetrent, supposed to be very good at breaking up carbon, I let them soak overnight after i cracked the plug threads and they all came out without a fight

i have 210,000 km and a rough idle/miss and think i may need to change the plugs and or a cop.
it took goin to 5 different stores to round up these parts.
1. i managed to get the 8 plugs 1/2 price, for 53$ due to a canadian tire misprint online.
2. couldnt find a lisle tool anywhere so i picked up a 9 piece bolt extractor kit[shallow socket] $25
3. C.O.P $80
4. long tube compressor blow out tool $14
5. wd40-$5
6. regular 9/16 socket, fits plugs $7
is this going to get er done or do i need to go back for dialectric grease and carb cleaner and hope like hell i dont break one?

Also, having air tools will help!

i ended up buying the lisle tool and carb cleaner and dialectric grease.
i used the method i found here.
i drove into the garage and immediately went to work removing coils on one side and cracked the four plugs about 1/4 turn and sprayed them down with carb cleaner. this alone took well over an hour including finding all the right sockets.
then removed passenger side coils and cracked the plugs sprayed them down.
while doin this side i noticed 2 seemed really loose and they were, they came out with just fingers after they were cracked.
then 4 more came out with just fingers on socket extension.
the last two were kinda hard and squeaky and had to be worked back n forth several times but good news is NONE OF THEM BROKE!
so i can return the lisle tool and the socket extractor set i also bought and since it seems to run fine so far i may be able to return the COP as well.
im no smarter or better mechanic than anyone else , it just so happens the plugs musta already been changed since it had the cheap CHAMPION plugs in there that dont even look the same as originals or the AUTOLITES i put in.
will post pics next week.
also should mention after first startup, things did not sound right, like it was running on 5 cylinders.
upon further inspection i found several of COP 12 volt plugs failed to go back on all the way.... one had a bit of rubber seal in the way, one was just stubborn and squeezed on with pliers, the last one had a broken clip and i had to tape it on.
then it seemed tun fine without the usual stumble.
