04.... I already had puddle lamps in my side mirrors and they were already wired. Not sure I've heard of anyone adding puddle lamps to side mirrors that didn't have the hole for puddle lamps already.

Can someone please tell me exactly what LED part # I need to put in the puddles? I've seen several posts on this, and the link from the OP is broken for me. Thanks in advance!

As long as it's a 31mm festoon it should work. Although I would recommend not getting one with a huge board because it might not fit. A 12 smd led like I used is probably going to be about the biggest you can fit in there.

This was a very simple, cheap and fast mod. My thanks to Black5oh for this- saved me from buying them retail, which I would not have done. What a deal.
