i bought towing mirrors. and the prongs inside the clips didnt match up. it says it works for 2004-2011. but they dont match my clicks in my truck. any suggestions?

1. take your door apart and your OEM mirror off.
2. look at the pug pattern on the harness coming out of the door.
3. match the wire prongs to each other
4. you'll need a thin screwdriver for eyeglasses (flat-head). if you look you can pull them out and re-position them to fit the female harness of the door
5. match color to color (obviously).... i had to do this for my '06, my turn signals work. i didn't bother with the puddle light.

When i finally got them all in and everything seemed fine, the blinkers would make my heated mirror light blink.. so i can just move the prongs on the clip in the towing mirror to match factory mirrow?? cause i have heated mirrors, and blinkers in my factory mirrors already.

Oh damn...there is a guy on here called "mosseyoak" he had that same problem...search "new tow mirrors installed". My install thread, he talks about/ how he fix that problem...las t 2-3 pages...I didnt have that problem
