No problem! Yeah when I first started I was scared to death that I'd screw up my paint, especially with it being black paint, where everything shows. I'm glad to help!

That is a great write up, hoping to use this in the spring. Hoping we don't get any more snow. Hey mblouir I noticed you have black wheels. I have the Moto metal m951 black wheels. What do you use or recommend that will clean and protect the black wheels?

Nice write up. I clay all my vehicles at least 2 times a year. Once you do it there is no comparison. Just make sure you keep the clay CLEAN.

I don't really put any type of protection on them. One of the biggest things you can do is change your stock brake pads. I have had Wagner ThermoQuiets (semi-metallic) on for a few months and haven't had a speck of brake dust since. It's only road dust now, and it cleans off with a dedicated wash mitt. So much easier to keep them clean now that I don't have to deal with brake dust.

Excellent write-up. As a detailer, I know how much effort these steps take to do correctly. This write-up should save a lot of people a lot of money.

Nicely done man.
