I have only seen 21 one time, but haven't been able to take another trip. Just some specs on my truck, screw with 3.55 gear doing 65 flat ground here in the Houston area yeilded 21 mpg. Problem I have is that I can't keep my foot out of the gas on take offs from lights or stop signs so it never stays around the 21 mark.
