These heavy 6000 lb plus truck's need a 3.73 or 3.55 to help them get rolling...loaded or empty...at least the 5.0 I have act's that way.

Yup. Y'all don't have the torque down low we do so you need the gearing to help get your truck rolling and into the power band sooner.

Exactly...the heavy tires I have don't help either. The '04 I had with the 5.4 and the 3.73's had better low end grunt...dang Mustang engine in a truck!!!

I can't imagine having 4.10's, mine already breaks loose too easy. But my last 2 F150's had the 5.4. Plenty good to tow with but neither would break the tires loose on a straight pull.

4.10s with some wide sticky tires and some traction bars and a solid LSD would be awesome.
