Had a 2011 EB XLT 2WD 3.55s...worked great for 15,000 miles. Now have a 2012 EB Lariat 4WD 3.73s...working great for 12,000 miles. I got the 3.73s for the Electric Lockers and better overall ratio when I go up in tire size. I got the Lariat for the 4A option and interior. Have the 5Star 93 Perf/Tow for a bit of added umph!

18K on my 5.0 and I'm more than happy with it! It's still sometimes hard to believe that there is only a little 5.0 under the hood.

Man, I have about 2,300 miles and this 5.0L seems to only get stronger and quicker. Man, just love it, and the exhaust tune is just right. Not obnoxious and not fake, just loud enough to say the truck has some guts.

Happy with my 5.0, kind of wish I would have tried the eco. Been looking at campers and I think the eco would have opened up my options a little bit. On the other hand I would have had to get the max tow package, and those are hard to come by.

I did, back to back. The Eco had good low end torque but didn't seem that much quicker as the rags seem to confirm. It wasn't as busy but did have turbo lag but not as bad as previous turbos. It was really not a concern except at a stop but then just giving it more gas until the turbos kick in would get past that.
