Default Who is tired of hearing about the 3.7L?

Not this guy!

I just figured that us 3.7L owners needed one of these threads for ourselves seeing as how the other engines have them! Lol

Feel free to talk about whatever you want, as long as its about your 3.7L!

I'd like to know more about them. Like are the cams the the same as the EB and is cam timing and tuning the only thing that let's the 3.7 rev so high. I'd like to hear more exhaust clips too.

From what I have heard, the cams are different than the ones in the EB engines. Not sure on the tuning or timing. The exhaust sounds like most new mustangs I've heard, not a lot different, throaty with less of the V8 rumble.

Question,

I have the 4x4 Scab variant with the floor mounted 4x4 selector. The plastic cup-holder console is not bolted down and it has gotten kicked a few times.

Does anyone else have a loose floor console like that? Seems like sombody forgot to put a few screws in on the assembly line.

Not me! I just bought a 2011 F150 with a 3.7L and it feels like a small V-8 of years past.

The thing suprised me when I took the test drive. More power, and torque than my previous 4.6.
