5.0 4x4 screw,106,000, still running good, bought with 80k, mpg has gone down a bit. Must be driving style. When I first got it after a fill up my display said over 600 miles to a tank, filled up today and it says 530.

I just started working for my father in law, he bought the truck from me to be a company truck. New job is gonna require driving a couple thousand miles a week

2012 eco 81,000 HARD tuned miles. Only one issue so far Coil pack #3 took a dump replaced and good as new.

Over 100 drag strip passes 4wd launches.

Over 10,000 miles towing one thing or another.

Drive it like I stole it attitude. Been through 4 sets of tires

100,521 miles of trouble free fun. Been all over this country, and not looking back. Shooting for 200k in 6 years. Of the 100K, the last 30K have been on a MPT 93 performance tune!! The way Ford should have tuned this 5.0!!!

My 2011 5.0 will be three years old next month and has a little less than 6500 miles on it. Don't drive it much, but a great truck.

121,791 miles (196,003km) on mine.

Mobil 1 full synth/Napa Gold oil and air filter every 10,000km (6,200 miles)

Replaced brakes at 35,000 miles (which may or may not have been needed but....hey, it was under warranty....wink wink) and again at 115,000 miles along with front hubs (drivers side was starting to groan a little so I did both sides while replacing the brakes).

I had the transmission bell housing leak TSB fixed when it was a few months old, and did a Sync TSB fix as well. It's had the "pop, tick, snap" drive shaft problem since new, but that TSB only covers 2012-2014 trucks....apparently its a defect on those trucks, but perfectly acceptable on the 2011's....

Other than that, just maintenance items; just did plugs and coolant, and I'm probably going to change the gear oil on the front and rear as well as trans fluid and filter very soon.

I'm also on my fourth set of tires...

Trying to think of any other issues I've had with the truck, but I'm struggling.

Any other maintenance suggestions from anyone out there?
