Steering issue

What is the TSB number for the steering issue? I have noticed my 2013 will stay in a turn if I let the wheel go instead of returning to neutral. Have not really noticed if it a right turn or a left turn or on sharp turns. I just noticed it seem strange that it didn't come back by itself. Only 1100 mile though so am still learning its ways.
