Not yet, maybe I will try next Friday. Their rules say that if you have an aftermarket supercharger and run quicker than 14.00 I need a fire jacket. I might just try to go through tech and see what they say.

Love the sound of the Whipple, would like to put my Eco against yours too see what it does.. I'm at 480WHP and 570WTQ, numbers aren't solid until I find my second boost leak.
If i'm not mistaken, the exhaust you have is a 4'' cat-back? that would have a whole lot to do with your low torque numbers. 3'' is best on both 3.5 and 5.0. as long as it's 3'' all the way from the exhaust manifold.

Your eco has more peak torque but his carries through the higher rpms, this is why a graph tells a much better story than just numbers. Speaking of graphs, do you have one for your truck? (you can PM me if you don't want t clutter up the OP's post).

I Can't Think Of One
No, that's not causing low torque numbers. Whipples are known for their flat torque curves that come on later than a TVS (At least under low boost/large top pulley configurations). I did quiet a bit a research after he posted the first graph to confirm this.

The 2.9L really is too big for these HP ranges. Not that I have an issue with that, I over-blow almost everything.

The 2.9L Whipple comes in later and a little more like a centri because it gets spun a lot slower than the 2.3 TVS's. It has nothing to do with the compressor design. A 2.3L Whipple punches you in the guts just like a TVS does.
