Hello,

The turbos on the F150 are not ours. Honeywell turbos are on all Ecoboost-equipped vehicles with either FWD or AWD, but not the RWD.

Any upgrade is going to require adapters, so the world is your oyster if you’re willing to do some fabrication work. We will have smaller GTX turbos available soon, so that is one thing to watch for shortly.

Regards,

Garrett Gearhead

BorgWarner K03's I believe. The Garrett turbos are used on the SHO EcoBoost.

Ohh..... about 15,000 miles before the engine blows most likely.

with improper tuning yes, but 21psi on a 20g isn't even pushing it compared to 21psi on the k03... my evo had a big 16g turbo which ran 19psi from the factory and i had it turned up to 21psi which was the max that turbo can make on pump gas... a larger turbo will change the dynamics of the truck, but you'll gain much more midrange and high end torque as well as hp throughout the rpm range

K03 can't produce that much power, they are very tiny turbos. I had one on my audi.

They are in fact garret GT15. Upgrade to a pair of GT35R turbos, now that would be sweet

My brother and I are currently doing a GT30R build in his vw.

From what I've been told they are BorgWarner K03's which were chosen for the truck application to make better power in the lower rpm range as opposed to the GT15's used on the car.

I'm sure you could just slap on a set of GT35Rs and it would run perfectly though
