3.7L, couldn't afford the Ecoboost, the 5.0 didn't feel enough stronger in the test drive to justify the lower fuel economy and the increase in price. The ONLY thing the 3.7 is missing for me is the good old V8 sound, but it's such a quiet engine that it's absence is drowned out by the stereo. Besides, if I miss it too much, I fire up the Mustang.

Just went from the 3.7 to the 5.0 in a 2015. The 3.7 was a great little engine, but I lovin' the power, fuel economy, and growl of the 5.0.

I really enjoy the sound of my 5.0 when I step on the throttle.
