No--but prob should have thought of it. We don't even do emissions out here in the sticks...

Nope. Covered by the 3/36 per Ford.

As itguy08 posted. Not sure how a competent human can read this and come away with a conclusion that the TB is not a covered part.

yeah there's no way in hell the throttle body isn't covered under powertain. it's bolted to the damn engine. find a new dealer.

Dealer tried--this was a Ford decision...

I'm really torn on this. Have been seriously considering ordering a 2016 Shelby GT350 but after this am leaning against it--guess they saved a couple hundred $$$ but lost a $55,000 sale...

Ask the dealer to provide you with the contact information at Ford for the person that told them no. Utterly ridiculous when it's right there in the warranty manual.

Get the regional guy on the phone. Ask him to flip to page 20 and then explain in clear coherent terms how it's not covered. Record the conversation.

Because Ford is not taking care of you, they are probably losing another $45,000 sale - me! Dagnabbit, this kind of bad testimony will run customers away.
