Well it finally happened.......
I have a 2012 f150 eb with 89XX miles. I was driving home today and tried to accelerate from 40 to 60 mph and it about died. I hit the gas and it ran all the way up to 5500 rpm without shifting, mind you I was rodding it or anything just casually getting up to speed. The truck didn't shift so it let of the gas and it threw a CEL. The truck started shuttering and shaking so bad it felt like a flat. I stopped, waited a bit and started it up to try again. CEL was still there and acceleration was completely gone. I finally got it home and put my reader on it, it gave me a p0306, cylinder 6 misfire. After pleading with roadside assistance, I got them to get a tow 50 miles to the dealership. I will post more when I find out what's up. Kinda regretting this truck.......

I'm in ND. Dealer told me he had another guy come in with the same problem and they deduced that it was a coil, spark plug, and intercooler. Oh well I guess, the upside is they gave me a new Ford Edge to drive. No joke, its awesome lol.

I guess maybe its because I've been reading the "shudder" and "condensation" threads for over a year...but does anyone else kinda chuckle when its stated someone experienced loss of power and they are wondering what it is? I mean...theres dozens of threads and those two threads have been stickied at the top of the pages for months, even a full year for the one. And its like no one has ever read something about the loss of power...even with being on this site months? Or is it laziness to read through the pages? Just an observation.
Go to the dealer, state what you experienced, and wait for 2 months for the CAC to come in.
