Does anyone have pictures of the hole drilled on their Wagner intercooler?

It cant hurt to remove it and clean it/inspect it to see if you have to drill it but it can't hurt.

Sorry no pic but the spot you are looking for is the lowest point on the drivers side end tank. If you put your truck up on ramps it will be easy to see. Since the hole is 1/16", it's almost unoticeable.

Some guys removed the front air dam to drill the hole but I didn't need to.

I went with the 1/16" hole in the Wagner. I wonder if a 1/32" hole makes a difference in boost pressure since its smaller? I'm sure it's not much boost loss but more boost pressure the better right? I'm currently at work, but I'll get some pics when I get home today.

I think you'll most likely be happy with your choice of bit size.

I've towed my 7000lb travel trailer on a couple of extended trips since I've drilled the hole and have noticed no difference in power.

Above is the pictures. If you look closely, you will see the hole. Sorry if the pictures are big, wasn't sure how to shrink them.

Drilled mine a couple days ago, I can't believe how much crap came out. I'm just glad I did it.
