Default Wagner or FullRace intercooler avalible for 13's?

I really want the wagner intercooler because its a stock replacement and looks easy to install, but I noticed they dont make it for the 13's yet. When will they be avalible?

I also like FullRace's intercooler and really would rather have that, but it looks a little more complicated install. Has anyone installed a FullRace IC on their 13?

Concerning the FR, the only difference will be that you need to purchase the additional blowoff valve from Full Race.

Otherwise they are indentical 11-13.

I was able to install the Full Race Intercooler in about 45-60 minutes with no prior experience on these trucks. Now that I know what to do I know it could be done quicker, as geno/geoff have said.

The 2013 have their bypass valve/BOV on the intercooler correct? That's why Wagner doesn't have one out yet because he has to make a newer updated unit.

Full Race just adds on an a BOV to the cold side pipe included. That's my recommendation.

Wagner should be getting close, and Full-Race might start offering a version of their CAC w/ a flange to be welded on so that 13's can use the stock electronic BOV.

I'm wondering if the Wagner IC will use the stock BOV or we'll have to buy one

I'm ready for it!!! I really like FullRace's IC but the Wagner fits in the stock location.
But it sound like the FullRace IC isnt as hard to install as I figured it would be.

I wouldn't think the FR I/C should be much different of an install, maybe an extra step or two to mount it higher on the truck but I would think that's minimal.

Pretty much! It takes about as long to unpack it as it takes to install it. FYI-you will need a 10,11, and13mm sockets with a long extension!

Are the 13s a little harder since you replace the stock bov? How hard it it to replace the stock BOV with the tial bov?

I put a Wagner IC on my 12' two months ago and I have been pleased with the functionality and the build quality. The Wagner IC is much bigger and heavier than the stock unit, 35 lbs. vs 5 lbs. I had the ford CAC replacement TSB done prior to installing the Wagner and have not had any negative experiences so far. Install was a snap, even for an old fat guy, did it in the driveway without ramps or lift.
