If it turns out "too low" people complain...If it turns out "higher than expected" people complain. People basically complain...lol

Personally, I'm glad you shared some info with the rest of us FOR FREE!!!

I guess we can put whatever numbers we want

Doesn't matter, RWHP RWTQ is all that counts. Arguing over the loss through the drive train is a moot point.
lol. i just thought 15% was very low, so your truck is actually making MORE power than you think.

People focus on Dyno numbers as how fast/powerful the vehicle is. This is dumb, I can loosen the straps, jack up the SAE correction, etc to get the numbers I want. A DYNO IS A TUNING TOOL. If you have access to the same dyno with the same configuration/calibration then it will also give you a good idea of how much of a gain your parts are giving you. Thats all.

I'm not bashing his numbers, just making a point

Sigh....everyone does seem to like complaining.

Point is I'm attempting to use this as a tuning tool. I've got the Injen intake slapped on my truck now and will be taking it back to the same shop on the same tank of fuel in hopefully similar ambient conditions.

Most importantly I just want to see if Injen's claims are even close to realistic.

Like I said, I'm not bashing or complaining. I'm very interested to see the back to back numbers. I just don't want some noob coming in and saying his Eco is making 400 whp stock with an SAE correction of 300. lol

Correct...STD was used because that's what I've been used to seeing on E90post and s1000rrforum.
