No issue here with motor, except rough idle (for 1-5 seconds) on cold starts once in a while.

No issues here either. 84,000 miles. Lifetime average of 14.3 mpg.

42k on my 2011. Averaging 12.7mpg (80%city/20%hway). No major problems besides preventative maintenance. Only thing I did replace myself was the ticking canister purge valve. $60 part from the stearlerhip and 10min of my time.

Ok so I just talked to the guy that selling the truck and it sounds like its a solid and clean truck. But he did say he had the ac fan motor replaced under warranty. Should there be any concerns about this?

Nope. No concern. If it was replaced and it's working you are good to go.
