Default Tuner question

Can I use my SCT device to tune my F-150 and Mustang at the same time using different custom tunes? I don't want to have to buy another device just for the car.

No. Once you use it to tune one vehicle, it then becomes vin married/locked to that specific vehicle while the tune is uploaded.

If you want both vehicles tuned at same time, have to have two tuners.

Thank you. I know you can only use one tune at a time but didn't realize you can only use the device on 1 vehicle at a time.

Having one tuner for all vehicles unlocked = no money for tuner manufacturers or software (custom tunes) = mortgages foreclosed = a blackhole for everyone.

Ask Bill Gates how he made out with Windows.

The only company that I seen allow 1 programmer for 2 vehicles was superchips. But SCT allows for custom tunes.

If the device is married to one vehicle, can it be used to view live data on another vehicle?
