Tuner/CAI help!
So... I have a 2011 5.0L FX4. I have a 6" Fabtech lift and I'm rolling on 35" tires. I just ordered an Edge Evo CTS along with an AFE stage 2 CAI (came as a package deal). I am kind of new to the whole tuner/CAI world. My questions..
1. Should I run the CAI and the tuner with the canned tunes on the Edge Evo? I've done some reading and a few have said you need to get a custom tune to keep the truck from running too lean.
2. I have yet to get dual exhausts installed on my truck. Can you run a tuner/CAI on a stock exhaust system?

I doubt you have anything to be concerned with installing a CAI and tune. If the ecu is as smart on the 5.0 as it is on the eco I assure you have nothing to worry about. I've seen some crazy ****** happen on mine and she'll shut me down before I can blow her up
