Ok mine has the same 0-15-30.. I have not noticed the tranny issues other the then 5pm shudder..
Hopefully it is fixed here is the TSB I brought to the dealer and they performed it.
here's the full text of the TSB. The tables at the bottom aren't shown, they just say that it's a 0.4 hour job, part no. recalem, condition code 04.
FORD:
2011 F-150
This article supersedes TSB 11-4-13 to update the Title and Issue Statement to include additional DTCs. ISSUE:
Some 2011 F-150 vehicles built on or before 4/1/2011 may exhibit a malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) illuminated with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P0711, P2610, P2111 or P2112. Additionally, flex fuel capable engines 3.7L and 5.0L may exhibit a hard start in cold ambient temperatures less than 10° C (50° F) when using flex fuel, or may exhibit a MIL illuminated with DTCs P0171, P0172, P0174 or P0175 after a fueling event.
ACTION:
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.

I have the occasional rough idle and my increments are 10-20-30 too. I'm curious about the flash too. My truck seems a little grumpy early in the morning before it warms up. Once it warms up, good mileage, good power, runs smooth. Only problem is an occasional awkward shift.

My question is how do I know if they did this.
I seen that others stated that the Instant fuel mileage window shows more increments as well as the gear selection showing at all times.
On my truck neither of these are present.
Anyone else know how to tell if the dealer is blowing smoke up my *** about this being performed.
Thanks

Boost :)
My truck was built in late June so it already had the most current PCM flash on it from the factory. The MPG increments are 0-10-20-30 and the 1-6 lights stay on all the time once you force them on with the plus sign once. I have no shudder or issues of any kind with idle or transmission.
The best way I've heard and seen to tell if it's been performed is if the 1-6 gears stay on all the time after they are illuminated the first time.

So how do I get the 1-6 Gear lights to show? I have a 2011 fx4 eco supercrew...not sure when it was built will have to check...i traded in my 2007 toyota tundra double cab on this one...love it so far but have only put around 300 miles on it w mostly city driving...
love the info on this board...took a highway trip w/ rolling hills last night and pulled in driveway at 19mpg going 65-70mph.

All of these new vehicles have an adaptive shift strategy, it takes the PCM some time to learn the vehicle and to some extent the driver and it "tunes" the shifts.
