Well, got mine done this weekend.
The job is a huge PITA. Just getting to the actual timing components took us close to 6 hours. All in, about 20 hours to get it all done. Runs like a champ now, and will be doing the oil change tonight to get any metal shavings out of the system. Chain was stretched about 3/4inch.
Some tips:
-Make sure you have a good gear puller, the main crank pulley has a really long engagement and takes a lot to get off. Additionally, when installing it back on, you need a longer bolt with some washers to pull it on enough to get the crank bolt to engage.
-Some of the intake plumbing is hard to get disconnected from the turbos. Rotate the clamps when you get them off to make them easier to get on later.
-Get the steel cam holding tools. I got plastic ones on ebay, and they broke from the cylinder pressure alone(got a refund).
-Use an adjustable crescent wrench on the cams to hold them in place while you take the phasers off and put them back on.
-Replace both belts while you're in there.
-GET THE SERVICE MANUAL! Access is only 20 bucks for 72 hours, and it was the biggest help on the whole job. Being able to look at the official process with colored diagrams, and get all torque specs was a life saver.

Where did you purchase the parts? Can you buy a complete kit to do this job, or do you need to buy piece parts? Thanks in advance

I just got my truck back today from the dealer that did this job. It was under warranty so I paid my $250 deductible. Replaced the timing chain, cam phasers, camshaft sprocket, and a slew of gaskets, seals, and fluids. Bill was over $2700!

Reportedly, there is an updated/superseded part on this TSB. Anybody know if it has actually begun to be used yet?

Im attempting this timing chan fix next week. Ill create a new thread with my findings. Id like to know what else i should replace/ fix while in there? My truck is completely stock with 80k miles. I plan on installing a catch can and cleaning out the intercooler. Anything else that i should be swapping/ fixxing?

Boost :)
I just had it done under ESP Warranty two weeks ago and the notes indicate TSB 16-0027, so I don't know about parts updated, but I have a complete list if someone wants to see it.
