If the motor was junk, and it blew, and your replacing with a new one, why would you then turn around and sell it? Won't it then have a brand new motor and your problems are solved? Seems a bit irrational.

Replacing the engine does nothing to solve the original condensation problem. The condensation will continue to build in the intercooler and be sucked into the new engine just the same on hard acceleration. I drilled the drain hole and it didn't solve the problem either. It helped, but didn't solve it. And I have a catch can
And don't get me wrong I'm a huge Ford fan and will always be! Ive owned over 150 of them and currently own a 2010 F150 VelociRaptor 600 with over 600 hp and a 1996 MMR 5.0 supercharged Saleen with over 600hp
I'm just upset, as anyone would be at having to spent so much money on the issue and now also costing me an engine. I have taken the truck to Ford too many times to list and every time I get the response...."well I don't know what to tell you to do"!!!

I wrote about this years ago when my truck had 4k miles on it. we were on a family vacation in the same place with the same conditions. Of course I took it to ford and they moved the plates around the CAC. Then I was going to install a Catch Can but ended up just drilling the hole. Much cheaper and you don't have to drain it. I have not had the issue since now at 68k miles.

has left the building
I cant stand techs these days no offense but old school mechanics would of stripped the thing apart to find issues nowadays if the don't hear it or don't see it or the computer doesn't tell them somethings wrong then there must be nothing wrong even if the driver says its sputtering massive power loss hell it could shimmy and shake but for god sake its intermittent lol.
That problem no longer exists, and didn't exist in 2016. And op was already complaining about a 5 year old vehicle at the time.
You talk about tech's these days, however the vehicle in question is now 11 years old.

Curious how the issue was resolved in the 13th gen trucks?
