Sync and Phone use??

Sync and Phone use??
My question is... When I'm listening to bluetooth audio and a phone call comes in. I don't always want to answer the phone using sync. Not everyone in my vehicle needs to hear the conversation. Is there a way to answer the phone without it broadcasting through sync? I've tried answering just the phone. That don't work. Is there a way to do this?
I have a HTC Evo.
SO far this is my only complaint with sync.

I have an EVO as well.
When you answer the call hit the menu button on the EVO and press the bluetooth toggle on or off.
You can also hit the voice button on the steering wheel and say 'Privacy' to do the same thing. You have to toggle it back on with the phone as above though.
