sync

The symptoms are, no response for voice commands from the steering wheel button, no Bluetooth connectivity from the system. Once a reset is performed, full functionality returns until the vehicle is shut off then the problem reappears. Since it has "warmed up" to -6 the problems seem to have resolved itself. Maybe the temperature has a lot to do with it (although most electronics prefer to be cold). I do appreciate the help though.
A hard reset may provide some longer-lasting results. Try pulling the SYNC fuse and keeping it out for about 15 minutes. Check under the fuses and relays section in your owners manual for details on where the fuse panel is located and which slot belongs to SYNC. PM your VIN if this part gives you any trouble; I can give you more specific instructions.

Thanks, but I took that advice from some of the members here, pulled the fuse and put it in the next day. That night the temp dropped to -20 and the next morning I had the same problem. I can do it again but I am afraid I may get the same results
