My sync, non navigation, requires constant master resets to work properly. Does anyone know of a fix to resolve the problem?

Check the software , you do this by going to the help screen on the head unit and then check the software level if it is 12286 or lower it will need to be reflashed.

WOW my 2013 I got in February has most of the issues since the day I got it. Almost everything that tsb says I have it. Just way to busy yo take and have sync looked at. I guess I will try this.

Since the temp outside has warmed up to -4c the problem has disappeared. When the temp dips to the -14 and below the problem reappears. It appears to be a temperature issue, I do appreciate the offer to assist. I went to the ford sync site to see if I could download a update to solve the problem but the site says I am up to date. I did notice the sync site had the wrong sync (It showed sync with nav).

The symptoms are, no response for voice commands from the steering wheel button, no Bluetooth connectivity from the system. Once a reset is performed, full functionality returns until the vehicle is shut off then the problem reappears. Since it has "warmed up" to -6 the problems seem to have resolved itself. Maybe the temperature has a lot to do with it (although most electronics prefer to be cold). I do appreciate the help though.

I see no love from the TSB for all the 2011s that are doing the same thing..
