I have the same humming noise at 2000k rpm. Started at 3000 miles. Not impressed

Was it difficult to get them to troubleshoot? I have the same exact noise on my 2014 with 6,000 miles on it..she's done it since day one. She sat on the lot for 4 months before I bought it...that'll teach me to buy without test driving the truck (long story..the first two trucks I discovered scratches on them before signing all docs).

Sounds like detonation maybe? Do you notice puffs of smoke out the exhaust in sequence with the sound?
