It's unfortunate of course, but there you go.

As I have all ready explained to you on the SSI forum. Please call about your Bell Intercooler. I would have instructed you to call Rodney, but he is likely going to be quite hard to get a hold of.

Good luck with your cause and this thread.
Anybody else catch the "ad hominem" tactics here?
I have questionable integrity issues that I would be happy to share with those that want to know so that you can draw your own conclusion. Drunken screen shots and the subsequent SSI moderators support of said behavior! just PM me your email address.
Out of courtesy to this forum and the moderators here, not to mention the language, I will not post them here as I do not feel that it is their responsibility to clean up someone else's mess.

Whoever the OP is, he's a lying sack. I have talked to no one on any forum about anything for as long as I can remember except Shawn. Especially about missing products, as I have nothing to do with that part. I simply mod on the forum. But the list is pretty short on who this could be.

Wow, you don't post for a day or two and you come in to this, AGAIN!!!

I'm all for an opinion, in this case that opinion is not necessarily factual. Has SSI had recent issues?

Yep.....are they sinking? Nope. Do they make some of the fastest tunes in the business, Yep.

I have said nearly every time someone asks about Shawn's tunes. When you buy a tune you in essence buy the tunes personality. Every tuner has their own flavor.

----Shawn flavor is a no nonsense powerful tune that accelerates like a nimble sports car. Shawn is a charismatic and an easily excitable person...he's also very passionate about his tunes....when they are questioned he'll defend them. Sometimes in not the most eloquent ways...but he truly thinks this is the most amazing platform that he has ever tuned.

As far as all of the drama regarding Rodney....I think that it will come out crystal clear pretty soon. You have two sides of that story...the bottom line is that everything related to the store and the tunes is being polished up and most people are happy with the changes.

After blowing up a bunch of engines. .. The tunes are polished?

Thru My experiences with Shawn. Imo he is bottom feeder borderline ****. If you don't agree with him. .He sends you emails about wanting to "hang" you. Besides the other emails of him cussing you out. He treats people like every one is beneath him.

There have been tuning revisions...

I'm not familiar with one engine that someone has definitely said was tune related.

Now, with not only Shawn's tunes but anyone's out there, on any engine. If their is a flaw in the system, anywhere in it, a tune will normally make it that more pronounced. There is a reason why the factory "De-Tunes" a motor from max. This will equal max life at max performance.

Many tunes actually have less knock than stock...Stock running 93 octane (all i've ever ran- from Shell) has 3* of knock. That's a lot of knock to be stock and running premium fuel.

EDIT: If you are concerned about safety and still want a tune....You should ask for a 91 and run top tier 93 octane.

Owner responsibility huh. Shawn's tunes have blown more engines than I've seen reported on stock tuning. Is there not something to that? Maybe strange coincidence. All of this evidence that each side has should be presented so that either argument has validity. If you still want to do business with a tuner after reading all of the info on tunes, customer service, ethics and morals, that's the customers decision.

This post is like Obama talking about gun control, people might buy a tune that never would just from replies on this post. The more you talk about it the more curious people become, just like milley or beber ,just saying.
For someone that has been baned or has no vender account ssi sure has a lot of buzz about them.
Good or bad it still buzz.

All I'm saying is that threads like this are a "witch hunt" meant to cause issues.

If the OP is so "concerned" and "prominent" he/she should have used their real Screen Name....it would have at least added "credibility" to the thread.

I think it's rediculous that people like this can't stand behind their words.

EcoFX is at a minimum willing to openly debate his issues....and I respect that, at least.

The "OP" is NOT willing to I guess.
