SSI tuning and other options
Hey guys, new here but been lurking for a while.
I had been running a 5 star performance/tow tune for a while which was great but not real aggressive, and i was looking for something faster. So recently i got an Ssi tuning next gen tune, explained what i wanted and the tune was really fast and smooth, we had one small issue that he revised and sent me an updated tune. The new tune is very quirky and I've noticed that my knock sensors don't read anything during a datalog which has me very nervous of what the tune is actually doing. At this point he stopped answering my questions.
Not trying to trash talk SSI in anyway, I'm just wondering if someone could explain to me why the knock sensors don't read, seeing as my post on his Facebook and forum were deleted before someone could answer my question.
most of all, id really like to have a good powerful tune, but with a tuner i can trust, one that will actually answer my questions. So if anyone has any suggestions the input is appreciated

I have 5* and MPT, the latter being more aggressive.

wait. what?
my first engine blew to **** (3 holes in the block the very first WOT pull I made) because SSI disabled my knock sensors as well. I'll never go anywhere near them again. I've been back and forth between MPT and Unleashed since then and I'm happy with both. as far as customer service goes, Unleashed is hands down the best. I ordered new tunes on a saturday afternoon, got an email from him requesting some info at like 10pm the same night and had my tunes before noon on sunday. The thing that stood out to me is that 5*, SSI and MPT all just sent me files immediately after speaking to them, like I was just getting the same generic tunes as everyone else. Torrie from Unleashed actually seems to have taken the time to personalize them for my truck and my environment.

As for getting my money back, I'm guessing thats not going to happen seeing as i can't even get him to answer the questions about my tune!

He can use the money he owes me to pay for his lawyer.
My tunes from 5 start are from 2012 and 2013 I am sure that they have improved by now. I will give 5 start a second try.
