I guess I will do some serious inspecting soon to see if I can find evidence of it. BOSRO was replacing the manifold NECESSARY or was it a precaution?
Still under warranty...
It looked like my manifold was warped a bit...on a straight edge it was no where near flat.

Got ya, gonna look into mine this weekend and see if I can find any evidence of leaking and go from there. Sucks that mine is not under warranty and the fact that my exhaust voids the warranty on a design flaw.

why would your cat back exhaust void your manifold warranty? Its not like you changed your downpipes...

its just 2 bolts and hangers... just put the old one back on?

I have found nothing... I pulled from the ford dealer up the street since they are all morons and now its at a dealer 10 miles away. Just got off the phone with them and they had to call for hotline. So we will see... I can tell you they are moving a lot faster then my other dealer.

Not to rant but FAIR OAKS FORD originally had my truck for more then 3 weeks, very little communication, truck came back with 971 miles added to odometer over labor day weekend and the rear counsel was down, I NEVER PUT IT DOWN. So the mechanic took his family for a vacation in my truck. They deny it of course...

Definitely keep us in the loop, murdr. I'll keep an eye on this thread to see how things go.
